2. Content Creation & Execution 

  • Create high-impact content including social media posts, blogs, emailers, scripts, product notes, and thought-leadership pieces. 
  • Translate complex, technical fuel-tech concepts into simple, engaging stories. 
  • Write, review, and refine content ensuring clarity, accuracy, and creativity. 
  • Coordinate with designers, video teams, and external creatives to bring ideas to life. 

3. Brand Voice & Messaging Ownership 

  • Uphold and evolve Repos’ brand voice across all communication channels. 
  • Ensure all content reflects Repos’ vision, values, culture, and innovation-first brand identity. 
  • Maintain messaging guidelines for internal and external stakeholders. 

4. Digital Presence & Audience Engagement 

  • Work closely with the MarCom team to strengthen online visibility and brand recall. 
  • Develop platform-specific content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, blogs, and website updates. 
  • Optimize content using basic SEO and engagement insights. 
  • Track the performance of digital campaigns and recommend enhancements. 

5. Cross-functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Product, HR, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to create purposeful content for internal communication, recruitment, product launches, and campaigns. 
  • Support leadership with speech notes, presentations, and strategic communication material. 
  • Ensure content serves organizational priorities while maintaining creative integrity. 

6. Team Management & Quality Leadership 

  • Lead and mentor junior writers/content creators, guiding them on quality, structure, and storytelling. 
  • Review and edit content produced by the team to maintain brand consistency. 
  • Encourage experimentation, collaboration, and fresh ideas within the content team.

Qualifications

  • BFA or Bachelor’s in Fine Arts or Mass Communications 
  • Additional certifications in Content Strategy, SEO, Digital Marketing, or Brand Communication are preferred.
